One day, when you're down and out, I wanna hug you like that.

NOW: WEE hours; its wednesday morning...
I did lots of reading recently, papers and books(they are never ending.. i tell you). So stuck in the middle of the page and its HISTORY! I never like history but when it comes to knowing what happened during the past, you just be curious about it(why or how it happened, for let's say).
Took a bus home just to get at least an hour of reading seems a little too long i guess or maybe i was exhausted from the long hours spent in school or maybe my eyelids could not afford to stay opened. Eventually, towards the end of the journey i would got a hump at the back of my head because of knocks i got from the silver rail, and pretend nothing happened and continued for a page or two.
Read papers... and.. came across Melvin Singh article.
He was talking about how Singaporeans enjoy complaining and these people need to look at other countries to make a comparison.
For example, Indonesians have suffered the economic crisis with little food to put on tables, Malaysians have had to drastically change their lifestyle and Singaporeans sit at a restaurant eating steak and complain about how expensive steak is now.
He also mentioned that journalists are anti-stupidity. And he talked about feeling for children, for inevitably siding with them when he's writing a story.
Wah. Clever. I wanna do some editorial in future... hmmmmmmm.. maybe not(i'll be the bias ones..)
Here's one of my favourite comic strips BABY BLUES in a section of The Straits Times..
