I woke up this morning, I see the dawn breaking
The horizon's yonder,and I ponder
What it life?
Why do we have to strive?
I asked for answers to the questions
Life is hard but it's not necessarily difficult
Life is confusing but it's not necessarily puzzling
Answered the shooting stars above.
Just put a little love
And some more shine
And everything will be fine
Life's full of thorns
But it's also filled with flowers
Life's full of bitterness
But it's also filled with honey
Answered the moon and the sun in unison.
What makes a person is not his kingdom
It's his wisdom and I see light
In the dark of the night
I understand life is destined
We live on every break of dawn
Brings hope, peace and love
