You may not realise it,
but in everything that you do,

When you kiss me,
everything seems right in the world,
I don't even seem to exist,
for those few seconds I become a part of you,
you have full control over me,
I surrender all that I am.
When you cry,
every tear that slides down your face,
seems like blades are slicing my very heart,
I would give anything to stop you from hurting,
and I pray that I will never cause you a single tear.
When I look into your eyes,
I know the reason why I am alive,
even though you have seen the worst parts or me,
you're still here by my side,
